• Employ or supervise caregivers;
• Guarantee the quality, safety, or outcomes of any services provided.

All services are delivered by independent third parties.

2. No Medical Advice or Emergency Use

Content on this Platform is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice. The Platform is not intended for emergencies.

In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.

3. User Responsibility

All users (clients and caregivers) agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information;
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
• Act in a professional, respectful, and lawful manner;
• Use the Platform at their own risk.

4. Independent Relationships

Any engagement between clients and caregivers is solely between those parties.

Equal Access Healthcare is not a party to:

• Service agreements
• Medical decisions
• Care outcomes

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Availability, reliability, or accuracy of the Platform;
• Suitability or qualifications of caregivers;
• That the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Equal Access Healthcare shall not be liable for:

• Any injuries, damages, or losses arising from services provided by caregivers;
• User interactions or disputes;
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We implement reasonable safeguards in line with:

• The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) (where applicable)
• The Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA)
• The National Health Insurance (NHI) Act
• The Botswana Data Protection Act
• Other applicable data protection laws in various countries

However, no system is completely secure, and use of the Platform is at your own risk.
